Typically, there is a 2-week window between signing a contract with your real estate agent, and the first open inspection.

Our goal is fourfold;

• To improve the price achieved at least tripling your investment in our services.
• To attract more buyers by offering the best appearance possible.
• Make a lasting first impression to differentiate your home from those it is competing with.
• To decrease the amount of time it will take to sell the home.

Once sold we will work closely with your conveyancer to rectify any issues brought forward by a buyer which needs to be rectified prior to settlement.
